Summary:
The lifting electromagnetic suction cup, also known as lifting electromagnet or electromagnetic crane, is mainly used for lifting magnetic materials such as steel in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery, and transportation. The excitation methods can be: constant voltage method, strong magnetic method, and overexcitation method.
1. Adopt other magnetic circuit designs with a high air gap magnetic density. The coil is made of aluminum wire, and the coil protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and strong impact resistance. Light weight, low energy consumption, large lifting capacity, and long service life.
2. Reasonable insulation structure. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum sealing, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance level of insulation materials can reach special level C.
3. The constant voltage control method is usually used. If the strong excitation magnetic control method is used instead, the lifting capacity can be further improved.
4. Simple structure, safe and reliable, suitable for various types of lifting equipment.
