This series of products is designed specifically for lifting medium and thick steel plates. The magnetic circuit design is unique and suitable for medium and thick plate factories, shipyards, and machinery manufacturing factories. Users can choose from single series (300 type), sheet number series (350 type), and multi sheet number series (400 type) according to their own requirements. The few sheet number series and multi sheet number series can be controlled by adjusting the magnetic field, which can ensure the lifting of one or more steel plates and the unloading of a single sheet. Due to the easy bending deformation of long steel plates during transportation, it is advisable to use multiple electromagnets in combination.

Product features:
This series of products is designed specifically for lifting medium and thick steel plates. The magnetic circuit design is unique and suitable for medium and thick plate factories, shipyards, and machinery manufacturing factories. Users can choose from single sheet series (300 type), few sheet series (350 type), and multiple sheet series (400 type) according to their own requirements. The few sheet series and multiple sheet series can be controlled by adjusting the magnetic field, which can ensure the lifting of one or more steel plates and the unloading of a single sheet. Due to the easy bending deformation of long steel plates during transportation, it is advisable to use multiple electromagnets in combination. For long, medium and thick plates (6mm-32mm), the distance between electromagnets should be set at 3-4m, and the length of the protruding parts at both ends can be less than or equal to half of the distance. During operation, the bending deformation of the steel plate will affect safe handling. When selecting, attention should be paid to the corresponding parameters of the length of the electromagnet and the maximum handling width corresponding to the thickness of the steel plate, which should not be exceeded, especially in the case of lifting multiple steel plates
