The RCDB, RCDY, PDC series (disc type) dry electromagnetic iron remover is used for removing iron from any material in front of the crusher and on the conveyor belt, and is suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force. Internally, it is made of electrical specific resin casting, with a self cooling fully sealed structure that is dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant. Wave wing type heat sink greatly increases the heat dissipation area and effectively controls temperature rise. It can effectively absorb 0.1-35 kilograms of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials.

Note: RCDB-3~RCDB-8 models do not require corrugated fins on this casing. The RCDB-10~RCDB-18 models are equipped with wavy fin heat sinks to increase the heat dissipation area.
2. All models in this series are designed with extra strong T1, T2, and T3 products that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively.
