The RCDD series self dumping electromagnetic iron remover is used for removing iron from any material in front of the crusher and on the conveyor belt, and can be applied to various harsh environmental conditions.
The magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, with a large magnetic penetration depth and strong magnetic force.
Internally, it is made of electrical specific resin casting, with a self cooling fully sealed structure that is dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion-resistant.
Automatic iron unloading, easy maintenance, drum shaped structure with belt automatic correction function, specially designed fully sealed bearing seat, can achieve long-term trouble free operation.
The product has good compatibility, complete rectification equipment functions, manual and centralized control functions, and can meet the requirements of various occasions.
Can effectively absorb 0.1-35 kilograms of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials
