Product description
1. MW5 series lifting electromagnets are used for lifting cast iron ingots, steel balls, pig iron blocks, machine cutting; various miscellaneous iron, recycled materials, cutting heads in foundries; baling scrap steel, etc.; in the steelmaking slag treatment process It is used to remove large iron parts in advance; lift iron powder in coal washing plants, etc. Double-compartment outlet box, specially equipped with extra-thick outlet box protection plate, and anti-twist setting for the lead cable. MW5 series lifting electromagnets include standard type, high temperature type and high frequency type.
2. MW5 series standard and high-temperature lifting electromagnets usually adopt constant voltage control, but can also adopt strong excitation or over-excitation control. The power continuity rate is generally TD60%. Among them, the MW5 series high-temperature lifting electromagnet adopts special heat-resistant measures and can lift scrap steel below 700°C.
MW5 series high-frequency lifting electromagnets generally use strong excitation or over-excitation control methods, with a power continuity rate of TD75%. The use of strong excitation methods (DC-290V/200V) can increase the lifting capacity by about 6%. Large ones can use over-excitation. Excitation mode (DC-350V/290V/200V) can speed up the excitation speed of the electromagnet and increase the lifting capacity by about 12%.

Features
●The main magnetic material of the electromagnet is made of high-quality low carbon steel, so that the working air gap can reach the maximum magnetic field, and the magnetic force distribution on the entire electromagnet pole surface is very uniform. Therefore, a large suction-to-weight ratio can be achieved.
●Each magnetically conductive joint surface of the electromagnet has been precision processed to reduce the air gap magnetic resistance, making the working air gap magnetic density large and stable.
●The electromagnet coil is wound with double glass fiber-coated aluminum core wire, low temperature rise design, small change in suction force in cold and hot states, and the insulation level reaches H level.
●Specially developed coil fillers (epoxy resin and other compounds) can not only quickly transfer the Joule heat generated by the coil to the shell, but also protect the coil from moisture and improve the impact resistance of the coil;
●The high manganese steel plate (20Mn23AL) used in the coil protection plate has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high strength and non-magnetic conductivity. It protects the coil from bottom impact and avoids damage to the coil.
●The insulation material is made of pure natural mica and polyimide film, which has high heat resistance and is not easy to age.
●The insulation resistance between the electromagnet winding and the shell is greater than 20MΩ in the cold state.
