Product description
RCDB, RCDY, PDC series (disc type) dry electromagnetic iron remover is used to remove iron from any material before the crusher and on the conveyor belt, and can be applied to various harsh environmental conditions. The magnetic circuit is designed by computer simulation, and the magnetic penetration depth is large and the magnetic force is strong. The interior is cast with special resin for electricians, self-cooling fully sealed structure, dust-proof, rain-proof and corrosion-resistant. The wave-fin type heat sink greatly increases the heat dissipation area and effectively controls the temperature rise. It can effectively absorb 0.1-35 kg of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials.

Note: 1. For RCDB-3~RCDB-8 models, there is no need for wave-fin heat sinks on the housing. RCDB-10~RCDB-18 models are equipped with wave-fin heat sinks to increase the heat dissipation area.
2. Each model of this series has super strong T1, T2, T3 product design higher than the national standard, and the magnetic field strength at the rated lifting height is 90mT, 120mT and 150mT respectively.
