Product description
This series of products is specially designed for lifting medium and thick steel plates. It has a unique magnetic circuit design and is suitable for medium and thick plate factories, shipyards, and machinery manufacturing plants. Users can choose single series (300 type) or small series according to their own requirements. Number series (350 type), multiple number series (400 type), small number type and multiple number type can adopt the magnetic control method, which can ensure that one or more steel plates are lifted and discharged individually. Due to the long steel plate It is easy to produce bending deformation during transportation, so it is better to use multiple electromagnets together. For long medium-thick plates (6mm-32mm), the distance between electromagnets should be 3-4m, and the length of the overhanging parts at both ends can be less than or equal to half of the distance. The bending and deformation of the steel plate during operation will affect safe handling. When selecting It should be noted that the length of the electromagnet and the corresponding parameters of the maximum handling width corresponding to the thickness of the steel plate should not be exceeded, especially when sucking and lifting multiple steel plates.
