Excavator Electro Lifting Magnet can be used in any type of excavator by changing the bucket or the attachment placed at the boom end which is used to lift metal scraps, bundles, MS plates and ferrous materials during loading, unloading, and material handling. It provides a crane operator with complete control of the magnet in various positions.
Excavator Electro Lifting Magnet’s mounting arrangement overcomes the problem of working in an open yard where overhead cranes cannot be used. An Excavator Electro Lifting Magnet gives a crane operator complete control of the magnet in various positions, permitting the crane operator to incline or tilt the magnet. The mounting fixture for an electromagnet further permits the excavator operator to operate the magnet more efficiently by preventing the magnet from swinging freely at the end of the lift crane boom. It also allows the crane operator to apply a compressive force to the electromagnet in order to compress the material which is to be picked up by the magnet.
The excavator operator can operate the Excavator Electro Lifting Magnet efficiently by picking up additional loading material, and loading. Furthermore, the excavator operator is able to incline or tilt the electromagnet in accordance with the higher magnet to reach material from its hard-to-reach corners or angles which makes the electromagnet much more effective.
